The business plan, or business plan, is the document in which the characteristics of a business idea are illustrated.
It can be used both for business planning and for communication towards potential financiers or investors.
The business plan is composed of a descriptive part, in which the project is presented, and an accounting part that can demonstrate the economic-financial feasibility of what was previously stated. In a business plan, the entrepreneur (or entrepreneurs) who gave life to the idea with the team, the company data and the details on the product or services that will be provided are presented.
The business plan also contains the market analysis, the marketing plan and the operational plan to be adopted, the various financial aspects of the company (income statement, balance sheet, investments, outgoings) and the time plan in which the various activities will be carried out.
