Credit agreements

Credit agreements allow a subject (natural or legal person) to grant credit in favor of another subject.
These are contractual operations, not only banking, through which a credit financing is implemented to the applicant subject implemented with a distribution and payment extension, of loan or of other financial facilitation.
The payment extension does not automatically constitute the credit agreement. In fact, it is necessary either the transfer of ownership of a sum of money (for example in the mortgage) or the attribution to the accredited party of the resources given to him in credit even without him using them and without the contract being terminated for this reason (opening of credit).
Before the credit is granted, the applicant must comply with certain merit requirements that confirm the sustainability of the contract over time.
Credit agreements are regulated with multiple references by article 121 of Legislative Decree 385 of 1993 then by Legislative Decree 141/2010 in application of the provisions of "Implementation of Directive 2008/48/EC"
