ETFPlus

ETF Plus refers to the regulated market of Borsa Italiana on which the real-time exchange operations of all those securities that replicate the performance of indices and individual subjects take place. Specifically, they are ETF, structured ETFs (innovative UCIs), actively managed ETFs, securitized derivative financial instruments (ETCs/ETNs). The multiplicity of securities traded on the ETFPlus market is attributed to the similarity between these securities regarding the functioning mechanisms.

Trading takes place with an opening auction from 9:00 to 9:04 with a maximum interval of 30 seconds determined by the system. The continuous trading starts from 9:04 to 17:30, and the closing auction from 17:30 to 17:35 with the maximum interval determined by the system of 30 seconds.
For the smooth running of trading maximum limits are set for price fluctuations. The minimum negotiable is one quota and the contracts are concluded with automatic matching of the orders ordered on the price/time priority.
