This is a type of contract stipulated at national level between trade unions. of employees and employers following collective bargaining.
The following must be defined in the contract:

  • salary.

There are employees in both the private and public sectors. The subordinate worker, on the other hand, is opposed to the figure of manager of the business activity, such as:

  • entrepreneur;
  • self employed;
  • CEO.

In turn, the manager of the business activity can stipulate a contract for the hiring of an employee. In that case it will be your employer.
