The entrepreneur is the natural person who rediscovers a role in managing one or more business activities who takes on what is known as business risk.
At a legal level, the law that regulates the entrepreneur’s activity varies depending on the country in which the entrepreneurial activity takes place.
In Italy the Civil Code (art. 2082) defines an entrepreneur:
"anyone who professionally carries out an organized economic activity for the purpose of producing or exchanging goods or services".
