To be a financial consultant you must be enrolled in the Single Register of Financial Advisors. In order to practice the profession, one must in fact pass an exam and meet the requirements.
To access the Register, exams are held four times a year and you can participate by taking the exam at one of the Italian territorial offices.
The test that is administered to future financial advisors consists of 60 questions with multiple choice.
To pass the exam, the candidate must be able to obtain a minimum score of 80/100. Those who manage to reach this score threshold will then have to pay a fee for registration in the Register.
