How much does Chiara Ferragni earn? Here’s her net worth, including Instagram, businesses, and advertising: the digital entrepreneur’s earnings, however, have reportedly declined significantly following the Pandoro scandal.

How much does Chiara Ferragni earn? It seems the difficult times for Italy’s most famous influencer continue, with romantic, business, and legal issues.
First, in July, her marriage to rapper Fedez ended, with the two quickly reaching a divorce agreement that is now official.
Previously, she was indicted on charges of aggravated fraud in Milan for the well-known affair that the press dubbed Pandoro-gate.
Finally, there’s the sharp drop in revenue from her companies, with her TBS Crew’s revenue dropping by over 90% in a year.
Who is Chiara Ferragni: her story
Let’s proceed in order. Born in 1987, Chiara Ferragni studied law at Bocconi University but never graduated. In 2009, she launched her blog, The Blonde Salad, kickstarting the fashion blogger phenomenon in Italy and becoming increasingly famous worldwide. Her intuition and ability to create a million-dollar business from a fashion blog made her a case study at Harvard University.
Thanks to her love affair with Fedez and her popularity on Instagram, Ferragni managed to create a veritable empire based on her image, quickly becoming an entrepreneur capable of amassing an estimated net worth of €40 million.
A spell that was shattered, however, by the outbreak of the Balocco pandoro Pink Christmas and Dolci Preziosi Easter eggs scandal. Accused of defrauding consumers through two promotional campaigns—charges that have always been denied; her trial is set to begin in September—the influencer’s legal woes appear to have also compromised her business.
Between Instagram, endorsement deals for various brands, a recently released documentary film, a docuseries on Amazon Prime, and her three companies, let’s take a look at Chiara Ferragni’s net worth and, in detail, how much she earns as an influencer, model, endorser, and businesswoman.
How Much Does Chiara Ferragni Earn: Net Worth
As mentioned, according to the most recent estimates, Chiara Ferragni’s net worth is estimated at 40 million euros, not bad for someone who started out with a blog.
In 2016, Forbes included Ferragni in its list of the thirty most influential people under 30 in the world, estimating her net worth at $8 million, which rose to $9 million in 2017.
Over time, Chiara Ferragni has gained followers (now 29 million on Instagram) and impressive earnings: after collaborating with some of the world’s leading stylists and fashion designers, she has become the face of Pantene, Morellato, Calzedonia, and Intimissimi.
Her companies
But now let’s see how much Chiara Ferragni earns as a CEO and successful businesswoman.
Her Tbs Crew, of which she is the majority shareholder, manages the blog/e-commerce site The Blond Salad and the talent agency that manages her image, that of her sister Valentina Ferragni, and makeup artist Manuele Mameli (with whom Chiara launched the makeup masterclasses, which cost from 350 to 650 euros).
In 2019, Tbs Crew net profit was approximately 450 thousand euros, lower than in 2018, but overall revenue increased to 6.4 million euros. The profit was distributed in full as a dividend to shareholders, and Ferragni received 248 thousand euros.
General Manager Fabio Maria Damato told Il Sole 24 Ore that TBS Crew’s 2023 turnover was €18.9 million, with overall net profits of €8.5 million. In 2022, revenues totaled €14.6 million, more than double the €7.1 million recorded in 2021.
The recently filed 2024 financial statements reveal a contraction of more than 90% in TBS Crew Srl’s turnover, which fell from €17.66 million in 2023 to just €1.3 million in 2024. This dramatic decline also wiped out profitability, with a net profit loss of €2.282 million.
Sisterhood’s turnover, her marketing and image rights management company considered the family safe, was €12.9 million in 2020, with a profit of €5.76 million; The Blonde Salad was €4.8 million, with a profit of €0.45 million; and, finally, Fenice’s turnover ended up in the red by €3.48 million, compared to a turnover of €1.27 million.
The reason for the debt suffered by Fenice, which manages the Chiara Ferragni Collection brand, is simple: a €4.1 million penalty paid to Pasquale Morgese, its longtime former partner.
According to an article in Sole 24 Ore, later reiterated by the person directly involved in a post on her Instagram page, in 2022 the companies in her group reportedly significantly increased their turnover.
"Fenice srl has a turnover of 61 million euros," the article reads. "It closed 2022 with revenues of 14.2 million, a 115% increase over 2021. Net revenues for Chiara Ferragni’s second company, Tbs Crew, rose from 7.1 million in 2021 to 14.6 million in 2022 (+105%)."
Also according to Sole 24 Ore, Fenice’s turnover in 2023 is expected to have been 71 million overall, a full 10 million more than in 2022.
In 2024, however, things would have changed dramatically for Fenice. According to Corriere della Sera, the €10 million losses would have wiped out her assets, and last year’s revenues would be more than seven times lower than before the Pandoro scandal (about €2 million versus €14 million in 2022).
In short, the Pandoro affair would have drastically reduced the turnover of Chiara Ferragni’s company.
Chiara Ferragni: how much does she earn on Instagram
According to the famous social media analysis and monitoring site Hopper HQ, which annually publishes the earnings of the most profitable profiles, Chiara Ferragni earns up to $82,100 per sponsored post. This figure places her in 72nd place in the ranking, but first place if we narrow the scope to Italy.
And, strange but true, in fourth place is Fedez, her (ex) husband and the father of her two children. For a sponsored post on his profile, companies pay Fedez up to $43,600.
Corriere della Sera reports that Chiara Ferragni currently earns a whopping $102,000 per post with a social media post.
The Pandoro Affair and the Investigation for Aggravated Fraud
At the beginning of the year, Chiara Ferragni was indicted for aggravated fraud, with the trial set to begin on September 23. This is what the Milan Prosecutor’s Office notified to the lawyers of the well-known entrepreneur and influencer.
The affair is well-known, given the media hype surrounding it. Chiara Ferragni is accused of aggravated fraud for allegedly false charitable donations during two commercial initiatives: Balocco’s Pink Christmas Pandoro at Christmas 2022 and Dolci Preziosi’s Easter Eggs in 2021 and 2022.
Here is what the Antitrust Authority wrote at the time regarding the pandoro: "The companies made it clear to consumers that by purchasing the Ferragni-branded pandoro they would be contributing to a donation to the Regina Margherita Hospital in Turin. The donation, of €50,000, had already been made by Balocco alone months earlier. Companies linked to Chiara Ferragni earned over €1 million from the initiative."
"According to the Milan Prosecutor’s Office," Il Post reports, "Ferragni allegedly defrauded consumers through two promotional campaigns and, through these alleged scams, obtained a total profit of €2.2 million."
Regarding the Balocco Pandori affair, at the end of 2024, Ferragni settled with Condacons for €200,000 in compensation, with the association withdrawing its complaint in exchange. Furthermore, the companies affiliated with her were fined over €1 million by the Antitrust Authority for unfair practices, while the company will have to pay €420,000.
When the investigation began, Chiara Ferragni apologized, citing a "communication error" and announcing a donation of 1 million euros—the same amount collected by the company—to the Regina Margherita Hospital, with the check being immediately released.
Now that she has been sent to trial, the entrepreneur has spoken of "a deeply unjust accusation ," adding that she is "ready to fight with even greater determination to establish my absolute innocence."
