These 4 countries pay you to move there

Is the daily routine no longer for you? Do you want your country’s problems to no longer be your business?
Or, more simply, are you looking for a new adventure and can’t wait to explore new places and pack your suitcase?

It doesn’t matter what the reason is for wanting to change life and leave the country.
Here is a list of 4 places in the world willing to pay you if you decide to move there.

1. Albiden, Switzerland

In an attempt to increase the inexorable population decline, the Swiss town of Albiden offers financing of up to $60,000 for those who decide to move there and build a new home.

However, the requirements are stringent: only those who are under 45 years of age and who have a valid residence permit in Swiss. Furthermore, you must submit a ready-made construction project to be approved and you must remain living in Albiden for at least 10 years.

2. Chile

If your soul is devoted to entrepreneurship, South America could be the perfect place for you.

Thanks to the Startup Chile program, foreigners can apply for three different programs:

  • Build is designed to help launch new startups by providing its founders with funding for the equivalent of $15,000 and a one-year residence visa;
  • Ignite offers small businesses already established around $35,000 to help them expand;
  • Growth makes up to approximately $100,000 available to the most advanced startups to help them innovate.

All three programs also offer coworking spaces, mentorship, and investor connections.

3. Ponga (Spain)

In response to the exodus of young people leaving small Spanish towns to move to big cities, the most far-sighted local governments are introducing incentives to attract foreign citizens.

For example, Ponga, a small village in the mountainous region of Northern Spain which today has around 500 inhabitants, offers young couples €3,000 to move there for five years.

If you bring your children with you or have a child after moving there, you will receive an additional €3,000 for each child.

4. Antikythera, Greece

In contrast to the decline in the number of residents, the Greek Orthodox Church of the island of Antikythera has introduced a plan to attract the arrival of foreign families in the territory.

In exchange, whoever is brave enough to move to the remote island in the Ionian Sea included in the Ionian Islands archipelago will receive a house, a piece of land, and €500 a month for the first three years.
