However, father and son have focused on two different points of the same sector: Donald has built luxury properties, while his father has always focused on building homes in more popular areas. Donald Trump, born in 1946, graduated in Economics and Finance from one of the most prestigious universities, the Wharton School of Business. After completing his studies, he began investing in the real estate world with the family business: Elizabeth Trump and Son.

According to various data, 66% of Trump’s wealth comes from activities and properties located in New York, while 22% of his earnings come from companies created after the first broadcast of “The Apprentice”, in 2004.
According to Forbes, Trump’s net worth at the beginning of 2025 would be equal to 6.7 billion dollars, so much so that the American president has been listed as the 472nd richest person in the world.
