ETP

ETPs, Exchange Traded Product, are a financial instrument that follows the performance of a basket of goods, products or currencies chosen by whoever created the basket. In these cases it is not possible to choose how to operate, but you must invest in a pre-built basket of securities.

The ETP will then perfectly replicate the performance of the constructed basket and will follow the changes.
Obviously, however, the basket includes both stocks that can perform optimally and stocks that can perform poorly.

To find out more about this type of investment, also read our Guide to ETPs and find out how these financial instruments work.
