Budget Law 2022

The Budget Law is that budgetary accounting document with which the Government communicates to Parliament the public expenses and revenues expected for the following year (Article 81 of the Constitution).

For 2022 the Draghi government has in mind an expansionary policy useful for recovering the losses in GDP caused by the pandemic. There is talk of an allocation of over 23 billion euros, with some key points:

- * Tax reform;
- * Reform of social safety nets;
- * Reform of active employment policies;
- * New for pensions;
- * News for citizenship income;
- * Decision on the future of state cashback;
- * Confirmation of the Superbonus 110%;
- * Definition of the universal allowance for children.
