employed work, or more precisely subordinate work, is the relationship with which a person continuously gives up their time and energy to an employer in exchange for monetary remuneration.
Subordinate work is the most widespread form of work in the world and is regulated by an employment contract signed by the employee and the employer.
The regulations on the employment contract are mainly contained in the Italian civil code, but there are many categories of subordinate workers for which the rules are established by the National Labor Contract.
This is a type of contract stipulated at national level between trade unions. of employees and employers following collective bargaining.
The following must be defined in the contract:

- working hours;

- salary.
There are employees in both the private and public sectors. The subordinate worker, on the other hand, is opposed to the figure of manager of the business activity, such as:

- self employed;
- CEO.
